What happens to my rate after the first year?
It stays exactly the same. Your Charter Rate holds for as long as you’re with me. The only possible adjustment is the annual CPI cap from the Bureau of Labor Statistics — and that’s a ceiling, not a guarantee it goes up.
What if I need to pause my service?
Missed payment? You get a 14-day grace period — your site stays live the whole time. After day 15 it goes offline. If I don’t receive payment by day 31, your Charter Rate is gone permanently and you come back at standard pricing.
Does the inflation guarantee apply to add-ons?
The guarantee applies to your core monthly plan price. Third-party costs (email delivery, AI tools, SMS) are set by their providers and can change on their end — I pass those through at cost, nothing added.
What counts as 'leaving' management?
If your month-to-month agreement lapses — meaning no payment for 30+ days — that’s considered leaving. You can always come back, but you’ll be on standard rates without the inflation cap.
Which inflation rate applies to me?
For US clients, the Consumer Price Index as published by the Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS).
Can I switch between 360 Lite and 360 Pro?
Absolutely. Switch between Lite and Pro whenever it makes sense for your business. Your Charter Rate status and inflation cap stay intact.
