• Technical errors preventing use of the service.

To request a refund, please contact admin@sitethreesixty.com within 14 days of purchase. Include order number, purchase details, and reason.

4. Exceptions

Refunds are not available for:

• Services delivered in full and as described.
• Change of mind or inability to use the service after purchase.

5. Resolution

I will review all refund requests and respond within 14 days. Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.
